Any federal government agency can leverage DOI's Foundation Cloud Hosting Services Contract. However, this vehicle allows request for quotes/task orders to be issued on behalf of other government customers including both civilian agencies and the Department of Defense, by AQD Contracting Officers, in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) memorandum dated September 29, 2011.
